• Institutional Accounts: Faculty members and students officially authorized or recommended by their respective educational institutions are required to register and access Inspirix using their official institutional email ID (e.g., @college.in). These accounts are classified as “Collaborator Accounts” under institutional authorization.
• All Collaborator Accounts are administered in coordination with the respective institution’s authorized representatives. The institution may review user activity, course participation, assessment performance, and related analytics to ensure compliance with its academic integrity standards and institutional regulations.
• Condition of Access: Institutional-level data access and administrative privileges are available only to colleges or universities officially recognized by Datrix Loop as verified collaborators. Verification status is determined by inclusion in the Datrix Loop Collaborator Institution Registry or by explicit authorization provided by Datrix Loop through written communication or an official agreement.
• Data Access & Sharing: By registering through a verified institutional domain, users acknowledge and consent that limited academic or account-related information — such as course progress, attendance logs, performance analytics, and assessment records — may be shared with authorized administrators or faculty of the same institution for legitimate educational purposes.
• This data access is provided solely for academic supervision, institutional monitoring, and compliance auditing. Datrix Loop maintains complete control over platform data storage, encryption, and infrastructure, ensuring that all institutional access adheres to applicable data protection and privacy standards.
• Clarification: Each entity remains independent and responsible for its respective administrative, academic, and operational policies.
• Datrix Loop provides institutional dashboards and analytics tools solely for verified collaborators to manage their associated user accounts, promoting accountability, transparency, and lawful data governance.

• Applicant Accounts: Individuals who register on Inspirix independently — not through any verified educational institution — are classified as “Applicant Users.” These users are typically students, professionals, or learners who access the platform for personal learning, assessments, or skill development purposes.
• Applicant Accounts are solely managed by Datrix Loop, and no third-party institution or collaborator has access to their data, activity logs, or performance reports. All account information, including test results, learning history, and personal details, is kept confidential in accordance with Datrix Loop’s Privacy Policy.
• Data Usage & Control: Data generated under Applicant Accounts is used exclusively for personalized learning, system improvement, and performance analytics within the Inspirix platform. Datrix Loop maintains ownership and control over such data, ensuring compliance with all applicable data protection and privacy regulations.
• Applicant users may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal information in accordance with the Datrix Loop Data Rights Policy. No Applicant data will be shared externally without the user’s explicit consent, unless required by law.
• Applicant Accounts are not linked to any institutional entity and therefore are not subject to institutional monitoring, reporting, or policy enforcement applicable to Collaborator Accounts.

Monitoring by Datrix Loop

Users who register using personal email addresses (e.g., Gmail, Outlook, etc.) instead of institutional IDs will be monitored exclusively by Datrix Loop. Their accounts will not fall under institutional jurisdiction. Any misuse or violation will be directly addressed by Datrix Loop under its internal policies.

Accountability & Data Security

Users with personal accounts are solely responsible for safeguarding their login credentials, maintaining account security, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and platform policies. Datrix Loop disclaims liability for any security incidents, unauthorized access, or misuse involving personal accounts.

Loss of Institutional Benefits

Users who opt for personal email registration forfeit all institutional privileges, including:

• Access to institution-linked services and learning resources
• Eligibility for academic or campus-based benefits
• Institution-specific discounts, integrations, or academic records linkage
