1. No Refunds After Successful Payment

All payments made on Inspirix are final and non-refundable. Once a payment has been successfully completed, no refund, reversal, or reimbursement will be initiated under any circumstances.

2. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel their subscription or service access at any time. However, cancellations do not qualify for any refund for the current billing cycle or previously completed payments.

3. Failed, Pending, or Unsuccessful Transactions

In the event of payment failures, pending transactions, duplicate charges, or any other unsuccessful payment issue, the refund will be handled directly by our payment service provider, Razorpay. Any eligible refund will be processed by Razorpay within their standard business timelines as per their policies.
